2.Interview process
After registering intrest you will be directly contacted by one of our team

Hold a 15 minute interview with one of our team.

Get a DBS background check

Get confirmation of if you have been successful
3. Matching Opportunity
We work directly with businesses to identify real roles where support is needed.
When an opportunity becomes available, we:

Match it with suitable GRIT candidates in the same location

Shortlist based on attitude, potential, and fit

Conduct brief interviews to confirm alignment
4. Trial and placement
Before any long-term commitment:

Individuals complete a short trial period with the business

Both sides assess fit, expectations, and working style

If successful, a fixed-term placement is agreed
This reduces risk for businesses and ensures the opportunity is right for the individual.
5. Paid work and progression
Once placed, individuals:
