GRIT was founded by a student entrepreneur who saw first hand how many capable people struggled to access opportunity, not because of lack of ability, but because of a lack of access. GRIT is built to change that, starting locally and scaling with purpose.

2.Interview process

Undergo a 15-minute interview to make sure you're the right fit for GRIT. Helping us get to know you.

3.Matching opportunity

We work directly with businesses to identify real roles where support is needed, roles that complement you.

4.Trial and placement

Before a long term commitment, individuals complete a short trial period with the business.

5.Paid work and progression

Paid work, hands on experience and progression opportunities. GRIT supports both sides throughout the journey.
